ABIMBOLA YUSUF
Lead Consultant
Abimbola Yusuf is an HR Consultant with almost 13 years’ generalist experience. She has extensive experience in providing strategic HR leadership, driving organisational development and managing organisational change and transformation programmes across both the private and public sectors in Nigeria and the UK.
She has proven experience in all core areas of Human Resources including organisational culture, company policies and procedures, onboarding, recruitment and selection processes, employee relations, time and attendance management, performance management, talent management, training and development initiatives, benefits and compensation administration; and grievance and disciplinary procedures management.
She also has excellent knowledge in employment law, equal opportunities and diversity policies, and basic health and safety regulations.
She is also a Professional Résumé Writer and has worked with hundreds of job seekers and professionals across various fields on career and interview coaching, as well as résumé and LinkedIn profile optimisation
services.
She is an Associate Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development), the UK’s HR & Development professional body, a certified member of the National Resume Writers Association (NRWA) in the United States, and a PRINCE 2 (Project Management) Practitioner.
She has an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster, London, and a BSc in Sociology from the University of Lagos.
OREOLUWA OSIKOYA

With her wealth of experience, she has successfully built several high-performing and engaged workforces, and helped organizations across the United States achieve their business goals through learning and talent development. She is very adept at identifying knowledge and skill gaps across all staff levels, and designing the appropriate solutions to close such gaps.
She is a Member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and has an MSc. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technlogy, as well as a Bachelors in Psychology (with a Minor in Business Management) from West Texas A & M University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
PAUL AYENI
Partner
Paul Ayeni is an organisational behaviour expert with experience in both the Human Resources, and the Hospitality industries. His early professional experience was in the hospitality industry where he worked summer jobs.
He would later graduate from the Hilton graduate trainee “Elevator” program and go on to work with other brands such as the Handpicked Hotels, Marriott and Accor brands in several positions. He is currently the Managing Partner of Recruit-Drive, a strategic HR company. Recruit-Drive specialise in HR services and solutions. He is also the lead consultant (external) for IBM Smarter Workforce in Nigeria.
He is an Associate member of SHRM in the US and CIPD in the UK. He has an Msc. in International Hospitality Management from University of Surrey, UK; and a BA in Politics and International Relations from the University of Nottingham. He also an associate member of the British Psychological Society and American Psychological Association.
AMINA BRAIMAH

Amina Braimah is a consummate and thoroughbred HR practitioner with expertise in talent acquisition, learning and development, Performance Management, Managerial Psychology and Organizational behaviour. She has a Masters in Managerial Psychology (UNILAG), and is a graduate of Human Resources Management from the University of Cape Coast (Ghana). She is also an associate of the both Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
She has taken up HR leadership positions in the public and private sectors of the Nigerian Economy. Some of the organisations she has worked include Xiaomi Mobile Limited, Nigerian Foundries Limited, Imose Technologies Limited and Jackliz Oil and Gas Limited –
She is very passionate about human Capital development, and loves sharing knowledge while learning new things.
